credit, former employers, driver’s license, U.S. Coast Guard Captains License, and to otherwise investigate my person and professional background, as necessary

and as limited above for my present employer. I authorize and release any and all former and/or present employers from any liability whatsoever in connection

with Boggy Creek attempts to verify my past employment. I also understand that if employed I will be required to complete the Immigration/Naturalization Service

form I-9 for employment eligibility and show required supporting documentation and complete a pre-drug test. I also agree that as part of my employment

with Boggy Creek Airboat Rides., Inc., I agree to take and be part of the drug consortium. I agree that if at any time, including pre-employment and random

testing, my test is positive, I will be terminated immediately without any further notice.  If employed, I agree to conform to all of the policies and procedures

of Boggy Creek and recognize that my employment and compensation can be terminated, with or without cause, and without notice at any time. I understand

that no employee of Boggy Creek Inc. other than an Officer of the Corporation has authority to enter into any agreement for employment for a specific period of

time. Any agreement for a specific period of time must be in writing and signed and dated by the Officer and Employee. I understand that I am on probation

for a period of ninety days starting with date of hire. I understand that I will agree to read and adhere to the Boggy Creek Airboat Rides, Inc. employment

manual for the duration of employment. Any information received for employment is confidential.
