Booking Procedure Reservations are not needed for groups of 17 or less passengers. If your group is larger than 17 passengers you will need to fill out an event contract located at http://www.bcairboats.com/Contract.htm and we will need a $200 deposit at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. We advise to come as early as possilbe for a better chance to see wildlife. Large groups may also book prior or after our opening hours (prices may change for evening hours). **No group bookings are available a week before or after major holidays unless booking time is first thing in the morning or after 5:00 PM. Locations We have 2 locations available. See map of locations at the following link: BOGGY CREEK LOCATIONS. Our East Lake location has a restaurant, but only one 17 passenger airboat at this location. Southport Park several seventeen passenger airboats available and has a park and pavilion area. Food Options We do not have food at Southport Park but there are several options for food services. We offer bagged lunches that will be prepared upon request (Minimum of 1 week notice for bagged lunches) or you can bring your own food, your own caterer, or you can choose from one of the caterers at the following link http://www.bcairboats.com/food.shtml. Park Information Our west location is at beautiful beautiful Southport Park. This is a place to take your company, school or church. The park has a large pavilion that has clean bathrooms and holds over 150 people. There is also a wide open grassy field and a volleyball area. You can have sack relays, tug-of-war, ball games and much more (game supplies may be checked out at the front desk). Your group will have a day of picnicking, airboat rides and fun. Live Animal Show GATOR ADVENTURE PARK offers entertainment for corporate events, birthday parties and other group outings. Their wildlife experts provide hands on experiences with a variety of animals to choose from for the event. The CARE FOUNDATION is a a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides permanent sanctuary primarily for non-releasable wildlife. They will bring a LIVE ANIMAL SHOW (including a live alligator) to your event and the amount paid for the educational show is tax-deductable. DJ- Dancetime Productions Dancetime Productions specializes in DJ for Weddings,Office parties, Corporate functions, Schools, Karaoke, Lighting, and Band mixing, and any kind of Audio. The Disc Jockey's music selections will usually surely change the mood of your guests at a event. A good or bad song can either make everyone run to the dance floor, or head to the exits, which is why all of the Disc Jockey's have crowd-reading skills. They encourage request from guests and are always willing to help a guest find a particular song they want to hear. The music library, which spans from the 1950's to now will contain all the top favorites that you might want played at your event. With thousands of song titles online, and another 85,000 and growing in our office library, it would be hard to find a song we don't have! 407-414-2793 PORTABLE SPORTS BAR Rent a party area for your next event.
