Booking Procedure

Reservations are not needed for groups of 17 or less passengers. If your group is larger than 17 passengers you will need to do the following:

1. Call 407-344-0018 or email info@bcairboats.com to find out if your desired date and time is available.
2. Download and fill out an event agreement at http://www.bcairboats.com/contract.htm 
3. Pay the $200 deposit at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

**No group bookings are available a week before or after major holidays unless booking time is first thing in the morning or after 5:00 PM.

We can only provide group tours at our Southport Location. (2001 E. Southport Rd. Kissimmee, FL 34746)

Food Options

2. Bagged lunches that will be prepared upon request (Minimum of 1 week notice for bagged lunches).
3. You can bring your own food.
4. You can bring in your own caterer.

Park Information

Our west location is at beautiful Southport Park. This is a place to take your company, school or church. The park has a large pavilion that has clean bathrooms and holds over 150 people.  There is also a wide open grassy field and a volleyball area. You can have sack relays, tug-of-war, ball games and much more (game supplies may be checked out at the front desk). Your group will have a day of picnicking, airboat rides and fun.  

Live Animal Show

GATOR ADVENTURE PARK offers entertainment for corporate events, birthday parties and other group outings. Their wildlife experts provide hands on experiences with a variety of animals to choose from for the event. DJ- The Hat Man

John Polk is a professional DJ, MC, Singer, Karaoke Guy, Line Dance Instructor and Party Games Coordinator. Plus, he does voiceovers and broadcasting for TV, radio, animation, infomercials, web sites, videos, documentaries,  phone mail systems, 900 numbers and video games.  As a DJ, he provides over 100,000 songs and 25,000 karaoke songs.  He specializes in every kind of party, event and/or occasion.
