• Party times are available Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance
• A $150 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation, final payment is due 7 days before event
• Party date is not confirmed until we have deposit and party package registration completed and you receive confirmation of receipt.
• There is a $15.70 fee for each additional birthday child
• Parties CANNOT EXCEED the maximum capacity of your registered request
• Must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time
• Your guest count includes every adult and child (2 and under) attending the party. Children 2 and under do not count towards the cost of the party but are counted for airboat tours.
• While we cannot refund your party due to weather conditions, we will try to the best of our abilities to accommodate your party
• No outside food or drinks are permitted with the exception of a birthday cake
• Additional food and beverages can be added from our on-site restaurant
• Birthday Pavilion is a covered outdoor screened pavilion
• All outside entertainment must be approved in advance

• Boggy Creek has a NO releasing of BALLOON or CONFETTI policy. We are in an environmentally sensitive area.
